Qure Whispr Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Qure Whispr platform (“Service”). By using Qure Whispr, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Qure Whispr provides a software platform that enables hotels to communicate with guests via messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business, including automation and AI-assisted responses.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers (hotels, tenants, or partners) are responsible for:
- Obtaining all necessary guest consents before messaging
- Complying with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
- Ensuring messages are lawful, relevant, and non-spam
3. Prohibited Use
Customers must not use Qure Whispr to:
- Send unsolicited or bulk marketing messages without consent
- Send abusive, misleading, or unlawful content
- Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or local regulations
4. Data Processing
Customers retain ownership and control of guest data. Qure Whispr processes data solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated responses are provided “as is.” Customers remain responsible for messages sent to guests.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qure Whispr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye.
